About London Concierge Services

Concierge Services has been trading since July 1998. The Directors, Patrick Lindsay and Tim Verrent, have together over 40 years experience in concierge. They have both previously been Head Concierges in large London hotels.

By using our combined concierge experience, our working knowledge of London and those products and services demanded by visitors to London, we can provide a service that is second to none.

We make available to our clients the full product range on offer to them. We do not sell exclusively on behalf of any one tour or transport operator. It is only by doing this that we can ensure that our client obtains the best product suited to him or her.

We also take responsibility for, and ensure that every client obtains the correct and full service/product that has been booked and purchased by them. We ensure this by following up the booking when necessary, i.e., as in the event of an operator not fulfilling their contractual obligations.

It is our belief that the last two points give us a unique advantage over our competitors.

Our tickets can:-

  • Be collected from our Concierge Services Desk in the Strand Palace Hotel, located in the heart of Covent Garden.
  • Be sent by Recorded Delivery to your home address (UK only).
  • Delivered by hand, FREE OF CHARGE, to any Central London Hotel to await your arrival.

Or, if taking advantage of our airport 'meet and greet' services, our drivers will personally hand your tickets to you on your journey in from the airport.
