Q. How do I receive my tickets and credit card receipt?
A. -  Whether staying at the Strand Palace Hotel or not, you can collect your tickets from our Concierge Desk in the
        hotel, located in the heart of Covent Garden at 372 Strand, London WC2R 0JJ.  You can talk to our dedicated
        concierge team for advice on any aspect of your stay in London.
    -  We can deliver your tickets by Recorded Delivery to any UK address.
    -  We can hand deliver your tickets (free of charge) to any Central London hotel or address.

 If taking advantage of our airport transfer services, our driver will personally hand you your tickets on your journey from the airport.

Theatre Tickets

Q. How can I guarantee best seats for a show of my choice?
A. London Theatre shows sell out very quickly.  Booking in advance is the only way to avoid disappointment.

Q. Is there a dress code for the theatre?
A. There is no strict dress code for any of the theatres in London.  Smart/casual is fine!

Q. What time should I arrive at the theatre?
A. It is a good idea to arrive half an hour before curtain.  There is a bar at most theatres, so you can wait in comfort.

Q. What are Stalls / Dress Circle / Upper Circle?
A. The Stalls are the same as the Orchestra Stalls and are located at the lowest level.  The Dress or Royal Circle is the
     first balcony/mezzanine, and the Upper Circle is the second balcony.

Q. What is a matinee performance?
A. A matinee is an early afternoon performance, though a few theatres have a late matinee at around 5.00 pm.  Most theatres
    have a mid-week matinee and a Saturday matinee.

Q. What if I am unable to use my theatre tickets?
A. Please see our cancellation policy in ‘Terms and Conditions’.

Q. What are my different choices for getting to and from the theatre?
A. The majority of shows are in the West End (Piccadilly and Covent Garden).  They are easily accessible by
    underground, bus or taxi.  Alternatively you can arrange for a chauffeur to collect you from your hotel, take you
    to the show and collect you afterwards.

Q. Where can I eat before or after the show?
A. Most of London’s restaurants offer special pre-theatre menus, and are open after show times.  Please ask us
    for recommendations and information.

Chauffeur Drive

Q. Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
A. Your chauffeur will meet you at the Arrivals barrier outside the Customs Hall.  He will display your name on a placard so you should easily be able to identify him.

Q. What if my flight is delayed?
A. We check all flight arrival times before coming to collect you, so you will not incur any charge for waiting time if the flight arrives late.

Q. What if I have a lot of luggage?
A. Please fill in the appropriate section and we can book a larger vehicle for you.

Q. What if I need another car whilst in London?
A. Just fill in our enquiry form under ‘Contact Us/Enquire’ and we will provide you with a quote to meet your requirements, or quote you an hourly rate ‘as required’.

Q. Why should I buy attraction tickets in advance?
A. Many of London’s attractions are very busy (especially during the summer months and school holidays.  The benefit
    of buying tickets in advance is that you can purchase tickets for different attractions at the same time.  Most tickets
    are ‘fast track’ – saving you hours waiting in line.  Advance tickets are no more expensive than the gate price.
