Credit Card Payments - Please note that any payment made to us by credit card will be charged in your local currency (if applicable) unless you advise us otherwise.

Date of Departure and collection timings are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.

Smoking is not permitted upon any coach, train or private car.

Food & Drink - in the interests of safety please do not bring hot food or drink onto any coach or private car.

Senior prices available age 60 and over.  Student prices, where applicable, up to 21 years of age and must have student ID and be able to show it on travel.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Personal Insurance - not included.  We advise that all customers should take out appropriate travel insurance.

General Conditions: We may at our total discretion require a person to leave a tour, or refuse to carry them if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers.  We shall have no further liability for the carriage of such passengers.

Any dispute concerning a booking shall be subject to English Law.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

A passport valid for any countries to be visited must be carried, and any visa if applicable.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER YOU REQUIRE A VISA OR NOT.  PLEASE CHECK BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING.  Please contact us if unsure.

Accident or Loss:  We have no responsibility for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss however caused, unless due to our employees negligence in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the price paid for the tour or services.  We do not own or manage the train, coaches, ships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used, and have no liability for loss or damage caused by the operators or proprietors thereof.


Theatre Tickets

In the event of a performance being cancelled due to technical difficulties or other reasons please contact us and, after verification, we will issue a full refund.

In the event that you wish to return theatre tickets to us that you no longer require, we will endeavour to resell them for you, or resell them back to the theatre agency concerned.  Regrettably, in the event that tickets are resold the agency will implement a 25% charge.

In the event that your tickets are resold, you will be refunded 75% of the total purchase price.  However, if it is not possible to resell your tickets, the entire charge will be forfeited.

Before we can put your tickets on resale, we will require the original ticket to be returned to us.

Full or Half Day Coach Tours

  • A full refund will be made if cancelled up to 7 days before departure.
  • 50% of tour price will be refunded if cancelled between 2-7 days before departure.
  • No refund will be made if cancelled within 48 hours of departure (wherever possible, we will endeavour to resell your seats - if successful we will refund 50%).

If you fail to inform us of your cancellation, you will be charged 100%.

Train & Overnight Tours including Paris, Brussels

Once booked, these tours cannot be cancelled.  No refunds can be given.

Private Transfers

These can be cancelled up to 48 hours before and a full refund obtained.  Within 48 hours of departure, the car company reserves the right to take full payment.

In the event of flights arriving early or late, the car company will know and arrange to meet you at an appropriate time.  The driver will wait for up to one hour after your anticipated arrival time for no extra charge.  After this, the car company reserves the right to charge waiting time.

Private Chauffeur/Guided Tours

A full refund will be made if cancelled up to 7 days before departure.

50% of tour price will be refunded if cancelled between 2-7 days before departure.

No refund within 48 hours of departure.

Private Coach Hire

More than 14 days 25% of the total cost of the hire; less than 14 days but not more than 72 hours 50% of the total cost of the hire, within 72 hours 100% of the total cost of the hire.

Venue/Attraction Tickets

With the exception of London Eye special packages, all attraction tickets can be refunded in full if returned to ourselves.

Dinner Cruises

A refund can be made only if we can resell your ticket to somebody else, in which case a 75% refund will be made.

Credit Card Cancellation Charges

In the event of a cancellation, we will deduct any charges made to us by credit card companies (e.g., American Express typically 3% of the total refund).
